What is Yoga Alliance?
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
At Dharma Yoga, the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed as a foundational program for those who wish to begin their journey into yoga teaching and deepen their personal practice.
This beginner-level course, aligned with Yoga Alliance standards, provides comprehensive training in asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and teaching methodology.
Upon successful completion, students gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to start teaching yoga professionally and can register as a certified yoga teacher.
This course serves as the first step toward building a strong and successful career in the field of yoga while embracing a holistic and mindful lifestyle.
