This is a comprehensive yoga teacher training program designed to meet his 200 hours required for registration with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of the course, you will become a certified yoga teacher, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide. All modules taught meet and exceed Yoga Alliance requirements.

Our comprehensive course schedule includes asana, asana methodology (adaptations and theory), pranayama and meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, and more. Pranayama courses include various techniques such as Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Sitari, Sitkari, and Bhramari.

Mysore Style is practiced on Saturdays, giving students an opportunity to improve their practice without teacher guidance. However, if necessary, the instructor will be present to adjust your exercise posture. It's an intense experience that helps build a solid foundation of inner discipline. The prerequisite for joining this course is a sincere desire to learn and having the discipline to attend all courses. Current yoga practice in Ashtanga or Hatha is mandatory for 6 months.
