Module : Primary Series (Yoga Chikistsa) & Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodana )

Course Description.

The 300 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) includes the Intermediate Series limited to 10 people and it is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, designed in accordance with the 300 Hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. After successfully completing the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and you will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide.

All the modules taught meet and exceed yoga alliance requirements. Our comprehensive course schedule includes Asanas, Asanas Methodology (Adjustments & Theory), Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Ayurveda and more.

The Pranayama classes cover various techniques like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Shithali, Shithkari and Brahmari 'Bangalore Style' is practiced on Saturdays where students get a chance to improve their practice without the teacher leading them but the teacher will be present to adjust the postures if necessary.

It is an intense experience that helps to develop a firm foundation of inner discipline. The eligibility for this course is a 200 hour yoga teacher's training course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or any other style.

The course presents strong emphasis on the Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. Trainees expected to maintain a daily Yoga practice during the training.

Course Description.

  • Trainees will be able to practice and teach primary series of Ashtanga asana sequence, How to give hands on adjustment.
  • Trainees will learn Yogic breathing techniques called Pranayama
  • Trainees will learn Philosophy of Pathanjali Yoga sutras Samadhi Pada & Sadhana Pada.
  • Trainees will learn Active and passive meditation techniques.
  • Trainees will learn Applied anatomy for yoga and understand articulation of body parts based on asana‚Äôs
  • Trainees will learn basic skills in business , Marketing and ethics of Yoga.
